At Shadow Wolf, we want you to love what you wear.
If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help you with an easy return or exchange process.
🐺 1. Eligibility for Returns
You can initiate a return within 7 – 15 days of receiving your order.
The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging intact.
Returns are only accepted for products purchased directly from shadowwolf.in.
Customized or sale/discounted items are not eligible for return or exchange.
📦 2. Return Process
To start a return, email us at shadowwolf6857@gmail.com or use the Contact Us page.
Mention your Order ID, reason for return, and attach a product photo (if applicable).
Once approved, our team will guide you through the pickup or return shipping process.
💰 3. Refunds
After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we’ll notify you about the refund approval.
Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.
In case of prepaid orders, payment gateway charges or shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.
🔄 4. Exchange Policy
Exchanges are available for size or color issues, subject to product availability.
If the requested size/color is unavailable, we will issue a store credit or refund.
⚠️ 5. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
Gift cards
Customized or personalized hoodies
Items marked as Final Sale
🚚 6. Damaged or Wrong Item
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll replace it at no additional cost.
